How do you verify the authenticity of each watch?
Every listing shows the reference, clear photographs of the dial, case, caseback and clasp, and states honestly whether box, papers or receipts are included. Above all, every watch is covered by our authenticity guarantee: if a piece is ever proven not to be genuine, we refund you in full.
What condition can I expect for vintage pieces?
Exactly what the listing says. Every vintage and pre-owned piece comes with an honest condition note covering case wear, dial and hands, crystal, bracelet or strap, and any replaced parts we know of, supported by close-up photographs. If you want more photos or a video before buying, just ask.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within the UAE only. Delivery to the rest of the GCC (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar), Jordan and Egypt is coming soon. Every watch is packed securely and shipped with tracking. See Shipping & Returns for rates.

Can you source a specific watch reference for me?

What is your return policy?
Authenticity Guaranteed or Full Refund. A return and full refund apply only if a watch is found not to be authentic, or if it arrives broken or not working.
